California Booking Information

Basic Package includes Return airfare between Vancouver & California, 3 nights Hotel & Hotel tax. Departures also available from Victoria, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton and Kamloops (seasonal). Surcharges may apply.
Not included: Any Air Transportation taxes, fees, NAVCAN or fuel surcharges.

Rates Quoted - Based on current tariffs and are subject to change. All rates, unless otherwise indicated, are in Canadian Dollars.

Deposit - $300 per person within 2 days of confirmation.

Balance - 42 days prior to departure.

Credit Cards - Western Vacations accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express. Your verbal authorization of the use of your card indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions and confirms your reservation, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. In the event that a cardholder refuses to honor a charge, due to the absence of the signature and imprint of the credit card, the travel agent will be held responsible for the payment of the reservation(s).

Cancellations - A cancellation fee of the deposit paid per person is applicable prior to full payment. For cancellations after full payment, the package is 100% non-refundable. Unused package components are non-refundable. See your travel agent for cancellation insurance.

Changes - $35 per person before ticketing, after ticketing and up to 14 days prior to Departure $250 per person; after no changes. Name corrections once ticketed - $175 per person.
